Our villa

Is larger than average having 1800 square feet of living space, situated in the Kissimmee area of Orlando close to the US 192 and only minutes away from Disney World, Universal Studios, and many other major attractions.
It is all on one level making it suitable for disabled guests.
Sunridge Woods is a quiet residential estate only two miles from the Interstate 4 and the newly built Greg Norman ´Champions Gate´ golf course, and shopping complex. The estate is not directly off a major road, making it safer when leaving and entering.
There are many sports facilities within easy reach of the villa, including, golf , fishing, tennis, and bowling. We are also just around the corner from the new ´Reunion´ development on Old Lake Wilson Road, with 2 golf courses.
Pool area
Our property has a larger than average SOUTH FACING pool area backing onto conservation, with mature shrubs and trees. The garden and pool area is completely fenced making it very private. It is a very quiet area, with an abundance of wildlife. There is a large pool deck with a large covered shaded area, making eating outdoors possible even when the weather is wet. We have plenty of comfortable patio furniture, and sunbeds for your use. The whole area is covered in a fine mesh to protect you from insects etc.
There are both a gas and coal BBQ for guests to use.
Living area
The living area is open plan, consisting of a large comfortably furnished lounge with Cable TV, DVD, and CD player. The kitchen complete with all appliances required to enjoy your holiday is adjacent to this with a central work island, and breakfast bar which seats 5. The dining room, for more formal eating has seating for 6. There is cable TV,PS 2 and recorded films for the children.There are also a selection of board games available.
Bedrooms
The large master bedroom has a king size four poster bed,and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and jacuzzi bath. There is a large walk in closet. This bedroom also has cable TV. There is a second double bedroom, and a third twin bedroom, with a ´Winnie The Pooh´ theme for our younger guests. The fourth bedroom/den also has twin beds and cable TV.These bedrooms share the second bathroom which has a bath with shower over.
A Pool Table and Table tennis table can be found in the garage, along with a darts board. Also play station 2 with games. There are also 2 bycicles should you wish to be more energetic.
We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our home which is looked after by a relatively small management company who live on the estate.

Within 2 miles of the villa there is a garage, large supermarket and restaurants - macdonalds, dunkin donuts , pizza restaurant, chinese restaurant, italian restaurant to name a few.
