Booking Terms and conditions.
1 Bookings and payment: to confirm a booking, a non-refundable deposit of £150 per week must be enclosed with the booking form, duly signed by the lead member. The balance of the rental sum is due at least ten weeks prior to the commencement of the rental period.
2 Security Deposit: In addition to the rental charge a security deposit of £200 is payable per booking to cover breakage’s or damage to the property or its contents and for any excessive cleaning costs over and above those normally incurred in connection with the occupation of the property. This deposit is refundable, subject to any deductions to cover the expenses mentioned, within 3 weeks of vacation of property.
3 Cancellation: Should you cancel your confirmed booking for any reason whatsoever , the following charges will apply and will be deducted from any repayments made to you :
Cancellation prior to 10 weeks before rental -All Deposits.
Cancellation between six and ten weeks ---50% of rental.
Cancellation within six weeks before rental –100% of rental.
4 Rental period: The rental period begins at
5 Sub-letting: The accommodation may only be shared or assigned by you with our agreement otherwise only those people shown on the booking form are permitted to stay in the villa.
6 Safety: The villa booked has its own private pool. The owners and their agents cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any personal injury however caused as a result of the use of the pool or its surrounding area. GUESTS ARE SPECIFICALLY REQUIRED TO SUPERVISE CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES AS THE POOL HAS A DEPTH OF 6 FT
7 Force Majeure: The owners of the property all there servants or agents will not be liable for any loss or delay occasioned by, but not limited to, strikes, riots, political unrest’s, hostilities, war or threats of war, terrorists activity, industrial dispute, fire, flood, technical or weather problems to transport, aircraft grounding, airport closure or any other event beyond the owners control. The property owners or agents shall be entitled to cancel the booking if the owner or agent is prevented or hindered from carrying out the obligations agreed to herein and in such an event will refund to the client any monies paid for the remainder of there stay unless the owner can provide alternative accommodation similar to and of a standard equal to or better than that booked.
8 Jurisdiction: Signature of the booking form constitutes acceptance of a contract of these terms and conditions subject to English law and the jurisdiction of the English courts.
9 Liability: The owners or there agents of the property accept no responsibility whatsoever for any personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to personal effects however caused.
10 Insurance: All clients are required to have adequate insurance cover in force for the entire period of rental.
11 Safety and security: The owners and their agents reserve the right to enter the premises at any time for whatever reason (you are contacted by telephone prior to any call unless in an emergency).
12 Telephone: The property booked has a telephone. All telephone calls other than local and emergency calls must be paid in full.
13 Documentation: All passports, visas, and health certificate requirements are the client’s responsibility. The owners accept no responsibility for any delay or expense incurred through any irregularity in such documents.
14 Booking types: The property is for rental to families only. The owner regrets that all male or all female parties cannot rent the property.
15 Animals: The owners of the property regret that pets will not be allowed to enter or stay in the property.
16 Smokers: Smokers are required not to smoke inside the villa. With a fire alarm installed and connected to the local station, a fixed penalty of $150 will be incurred for any false alarms.
