Weekly Rental Charges
Rates start from ( dependant of party size) max occupancy of up to 8 people
Jan -March / November | December upto 19th | £400 / $700 |
| April - June / September - October | | £450 / $770 |
| July - August & any linked weeks | | £475 / $840 |
| Xmas / Easter & any linked weeks | | £500 / $1050 |
A Deposit of £150 / $270 per week is payable on booking :
The balance is payable 10 weeks before your holiday.
A security deposit of £200 / $360 is payable with the balance. This is returned 3 weeks after the end of your holiday, less any deductions for damage/breakages.
The pool has a heater which, for an additional fee of £75 / $135 per week can be utilised during the cooler months (must be pre-booked). Pool heating is recommended Nov through April. The charges are fully inclusive of all other services. The villa is fully cleaned between lets. All bed linen and towels are provided except beach towels.
